Net flow of direct investments in Morocco 2019-2020
As of 2020, the net flow of direct investments in Morocco further fell to around 12.1 billion Moroccan dirhams (MAD), roughly 1.3 billion U.S. dollars. This represented an increase in debit balance of 51.8 percent in reference to the preceding year, which registered a negative net balance of nearly eight billion MAD (around 890.9 million U.S. dollars). Additionally, this indicates that the net flow of foreign direct investments in Morocco is higher than that of Moroccan direct investments abroad.
