According to a survey conducted in 2020 among residents in Hong Kong, 48 percent of respondents were aware of telemedicine services but had never tried one during the COVID-19 pandemic. About 42 percent of respondents were aware of telemedicine services and had also used them in the past.

* The respondents were organized into four age groups that range from 20 to 24, 25 to 34, 35 to 44 and 45 to 54 years. For each of the target age groups, at least 375 respondents were considered.
