Decorative cosmetics spending in the CIS 2020, by country
Among selected CIS countries, female consumers in Belarus spent the highest amount of money on decorative cosmetics at 306 U.S. dollars on average per year, according to a survey from June 2020. In Russia, the average annual expenditure on women's cosmetics was below 300 U.S. dollars, which was slightly lower than in Kazakhstan and higher than in Ukraine.
