According to a survey conducted in the U.S. in 2020, 60 percent of physicians surveyed reported that explaining to their patients how to use telehealth was the biggest challenge they faced while using the technology. A further 53 percent mentioned that internet connection/ bandwidth issues was a challenge when using telehealth.
