According to a survey conducted in the U.S. in 2020, 51 percent of physicians surveyed reported that due to the COVID-19 pandemic up to 25 percent of their patient visits are conducted via telehealth. On the other hand, before the COVID-19 pandemic struck 23 percent of physicians reported seeing up to a quarter of their patients via telehealth.
