As of November 2020, the advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) the most wanted by owners of small and mini commercial trucks in Japan was a pedestrian detection support system, with 79 percent of respondents implying that they were willing to pay for this feature. Automatic emergency braking (AEB) was almost equal, attracting merely one percent less of responses.
