Import value of tobacco in Botswana 2015-2021
In 2021, the import of tobacco into Botswana amounted to an approximate value of 24.2 million U.S. dollars. This was an increase in value in comparison to the preceding year when 18.7 million U.S. dollars of the item were imported. Furthermore, South Africa was the main trade partner of Botswana in terms of tobacco imports, with a share of around 90 percent.
