In the group of people aged from 18 to 29 years, the use of the internet as the main source of information was declared by 86 percent of Ukrainians in January and February 2021. Among the survey participants aged 60 years and older, television prevailed, reaching over 80 percent. Radio and press received the least attention from the representatives of all age groups. In general, television and the internet were the two most popular mass media sources in Ukraine.

The source specified that the survey was conducted in 24 regions of Ukraine and in Kyiv, with the exception of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, Sevastopol, and uncontrolled territories of Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
