Distribution of women and ethnic minorities in tech organizations 2021
As of 2021, women make up around 29 percent of all functions in technology companies and ethnic minorities make up around 22 percent. However, the representation of women and ethnic minorities are smaller in technology teams. For example, women and ethnic minorities make up around 12 percent each of cyber security teams.
