In 2021, 58 percent of respondents from a global survey indicated that technical or software issues were among the biggest challenges of virtual conferences. Further, 28 percent struggle with too many videos and video fatigue. On the other hand, respondents also stated some positive aspects of video meetings, which included not having to travel to the meeting itself and also efficiency and productivity.
