According to a 2021 survey carried out among U.S. business executives, more than nine out of ten businesses in the North American agreed to a lesser or greater extent to be increasingly moving their e-commerce efforts to social media. Furthermore, of the companies included in the study, 73 percent already sold through social networks at the time of the survey.
