Women and men in the United States and the United Kingdom are equally interested in fast delivery as a prominent online shopping feature, according to a January 2022 survey. The study also showed that female consumers in these markets are more interested than men in secure tracking when making an online purchase. In turn, male shoppers cared more about flexible shipping and sustainable delivery route than their female counterparts.
