The Supreme Federal Court is the highest instance of the Brazilian judiciary system, formed by 11 ministers that take important decisions for the country, such as civil union of people of the same sex or racial quotas judgments. According to a survey conducted in 2019, Catholicism and Evangelism believers had the lowest rate of disapproval of the Supreme Federal Court, at 38 percent each. Meanwhile, atheists and religions of African origin had the highest disapproval rates, at 55 and 53 percent, respectively.
