CityTech services usage in Moscow 2021, by type
Nearly seven out of ten Moscow residents reported to have used digital financial services at least once in the past three months, according to a survey conducted in April and May 2021. The second most popular service in the Russian capital was online education, as per 56 percent of respondents. Furthermore, one third of participants used the internet for job search. However, after the end of pandemic restrictions, nine percent less planned to employ such digital solutions. Urban and transit services were planned to be consumed by five percent more respondents.
