In 2022, 81.1 percent of hops imported into Australia came from the United States, which was by far the most prominent country of origin. Meanwhile, around 10.4 percent of imported hops in Australia were from New Zealand. Trailing behind were Germany and the United Kingdom, respectively making up for roughly 4.7 and 2.2 percent of the total value of hops imports.
