Average number of days worked from home South Korea 2021, by company size
According to a survey conducted in 2021 in South Korea, employees worked on average 52 days from home since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Those working in large companies worked at home longer, with 61 days, while those working at public enterprises and institutions worked the least from home. In the same survey, the majority of respondents mentioned that they believed working from home was still a necessity in 2021.
