The total number of graduates of technical and vocational education and training (TVET) in Egypt in the academic year 2021/2022 amounted to around 640,000. Of these, 285,500 were specialized in industrial technical education, of which 62.7 percent were males. Graduates of commercial technical education in the general branch followed with 257,654 graduates. However, this specialty was more popular among females, accounting for 59 percent of the total graduates.
