The total number of graduates of technical and vocational education and training (TVET) in Egypt in the academic year 2019/2020 amounted to over 549 thousand. Of these, some 270 thousand were specialized in industrial technical education. Moreover, graduates of commercial technical education followed, amounting to around 223 thousand. Agricultural technical education was the least popular in the country with a significant drop in the number of graduates from the subject.
