Major reasons for satisfaction with e-government services South Korea 2022
According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2022, about 62 percent of respondents said they were satisfied with the South Korean government's online service because requests were handled quickly. Accessibility and usefulness of the service were other reasons why people were satisfied with online services of the South Korean government. The country has seen a rapid increase in the use of e-government services in recent years. In 2022, the usage rate exceeded 92 percent.
