As of May 2023, the South Korean government's leading online platform Gov.kr offered an average of around 94 thousand services. On this platform, about 79.6 thousand services were offered by local governments and six thousand by civil affairs-related services. Launched in 2017, Gov.kr offers a comprehensive range of services from central government ministries, local governments, and public institutions. The overall usage rate of Gov.kr reached over 89 percent in 2022.
