In 2020, 20.68 percent of Indonesian workers with disabilities were employed as laborers, workers, or employees. Since recently, the regional manpower agencies at all levels have been obligated to have a disability service unit that supports the employment of people with disabilities. However, the amount of workers with disabilities being employed in companies is generally still really low.
