According to a survey conducted in South Korea in 2022, around 78 percent of respondents stated to have used e-government services for administrative matters and civil petitions. About 61 percent had used services related to daily life and leisure. South Korea has seen a rapid increase in the use of e-government services in recent years. In 2021, the usage rate of e-government services exceeded 92 percent.
