The passenger traffic of airports managed by the holding Airports of Regions in Russia increased in 2023, having exceeded 17 million. In the previous year, more than 14 million passengers were transported through these airports.

Based in Moscow, the holding manages Strigino International Airport in Nizhny Novgorod, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky International Airport, Novy Urengoy Airport, Platov International Airport in Rostov-on-Don, Kurumoch International Airport in Samara, Koltsovo International Airport in Yekaterinburg, and Gagarin Airport in Saratov.
