The majority of respondents surveyed for this study stated that they expected the adoption of technology that automates manual human processes to accelerate the most in the next three years as a result of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. At the same time, eight out of ten respondents believed that digital customer access to services would also have a fast development in the future.
