How gender equality changed in the tech industry during COVID-19 pandemic 2020
During the COVID-19 global pandemic in 2020, most gender-identified women and men working in the tech industry felt that gender equality had stayed the same in their workplaces, with 58 and 54 percent of respondents answering as such, respectively. Male tech employees tend to be more optimistic about the state of gender equality in their companies, as more of them think gender equality changed for the better and fewer of them think the opposite, when compared to their female counterparts.
