How remote work has impacted female employees in the technology industry 2021
The COVID-19 global pandemic has caused many employees in the tech industry to start working remotely in 2020, which has now continued throughout 2021 in many places. When asked whether remote working has had a positive or negative impact on the female employees in the industry, women appear to be rather evenly split with 42 and 41 percent of respondents. However, men tend to overwhelming think that the transition to remote work has had a positive impact on women in tech.
