During a survey of marketers carried out worldwide in September 2021, it was found that the net share of marketers planning to increase their video advertising budgets in 2020 stood at 76 percent. Second fastest-growing type of ad content would be branded content produced or published by influencers, with a net 71 percent of marketers increasing their budget on this medium.
