Share of hate crime defendants convicted in a district court U.S. 2005-19
From 2015 to 2019, 97.4 percent of defendants charged with a fair housing hate crime were convicted by a district court in the United States. This is compared to 92.3 percent of defendants charged with damage to religious property who were convicted.
