In 2022, Cotnari and Vincon had a leading retail market share of 11 percent each. However, Purcari Wineries, a winery from the Republic of Moldova, had a significant increase over the period under consideration, from three percent in 2014 to 13 percent in 2023, becoming the largest wine retailer in the market.
