Key reasons for hoteliers to implement new technologies worldwide 2021
In early 2021, hoteliers in Asia, Europe, and North America, were surveyed on the most important reasons to implement new technologies. The majority of respondents, 69 percent, stated that an ability to increase profitability was a very important reason to implement new technologies. Meanwhile, only 40 percent of respondents stated that a technology vendor's reputation was a very important reason.
