Key reasons for hoteliers to use technology worldwide 2021
In early 2021, hoteliers in Asia, Europe, and North America, were surveyed on the main reasons why they used technology. The majority of respondents, 24 percent, stated that improving the guest experience was a main reason for using technology. Meanwhile, only five percent of respondents stated that saving time was a main reason for using technology.
