Investors worldwide largely overestimated the potential return of their investment in 2020, according to financial professionals. Investors were particularly optimistic in Mexico, where they expected a return almost three times larger than expected by financial professionals in the country. On the other hand, the expectation gap in the United States amounted to only 62 percent of the return expected by financial professionals.
