In 2022, the average monthly expenditure on other religious and cultural ceremonies in Bali, Indonesia amounted to 46.77 thousand Indonesian rupiah. In Indonesia there are many kinds of festive ceremonies and rituals that linked to religious and agricultural activities. One of the biggest ceremonies in Balinese culture is called Ngaben, also known as Pitra Yadyna, or Pelebon. It is a Hindu funeral ritual to guide the spirit into its next life.
