Landlords in the United Kingdom in 2022 shared how they intended to finance the purchases of Buy-To-Let properties, or properties purchased specifically for the purpose of renting them out. The majority of landlords intended to purchase new properties using Buy-To-Let mortgages. Among other popular avenues for financing their purchases were the release of equity from existing properties or borrowing using a commercial loan.
