Technology transformations' impact on companies over the past two years as of 2020
The majority of the surveyed organizations reported that the technology transformations in the past two years had had some or significant impact on their business in all categories, namely realization of new revenue, increased revenue from existing streams, reduced costs, and improved employee experience. A very small share reported that it had had a negative impact on their businesses.
