In a survey on the cybersecurity of companies in Singapore in 2020, 22 percent of respondents stated that process weaknesses were the primary cause of data breaches in their companies. This was followed by out-of-date security systems, which was the primary cause of breaches cited by 20 percent of the companies surveyed.
