Companies' expected vs actual time needed to implement changes (COVID impact)

All surveyed executives stated that their COVID-19-related changes took far less time to implement than they first expected. Executives first thought that it would take 454 days to implement remote working and/or collaboration, but it only took them on average 10.5 days - a fraction of the originally anticipated timeline.
