Share of people engaging in online learning in Finland 2015-2023, by gender

By 2023, 57 percent of female internet users in Finland used the internet to take part in any form of online learning activities. Among men, this share was slightly lower with 52 percent engaging in online learning. 

The European questionnaire on Information and Communication Technologies Data reveals that there exists a disparity between the internet usage of people according to gender. This disparity although present in most countries, differs widely in its severity.
