Self-perceived digital literacy among young people ASEAN 2020, by disability
A September 2020 survey conducted among young people across ASEAN countries revealed that more than 20 percent of respondents with disabilities perceived their digital literacy skills as excellent, compared to only eight percent of respondents with no disabilities. Meanwhile, two out of five non-disabled respondents reported average digital literacy skills in their self-assessment.
