Self-perceived digital literacy among young people ASEAN 2020, by age
A September 2020 survey conducted among young people across ASEAN countries revealed that nearly 40 percent of 10 to 14-year-old respondents assessed their digital literacy skills as good or excellent. In comparison, less than 10 percent of 15 to 19-year-olds and 20 to 24-year-olds said they had excellent ability to navigate the digital world. In general, the youngest group of respondents showed more confidence in their digital literacy level than their older counterparts.
