In October 2022, the liquidity coverage ratio (LCR) of commercial banks in South Korea stood at 110.7 percent, slightly up from the previous month. This meant that all commercial banks in South Korea exceeded the regulatory minimum of 85 percent, which was temporarily lowered from 100 percent.
