Japan: leading information desired from business accounts on Twitter

A survey conducted in December 2020 revealed that more than 47 percent of respondents in Japan stated that the information they most wanted to receive from an official company account on Twitter was new information or sales information about services and products. At the same time, close to 41 percent of the respondents wanted to know about Twitter campaigns they can participate in.
