Consumer reasons for getting retail items delivered by gender in the US Q2 2021
A recent survey conducted in the United States in May 2021 revealed that female and male shoppers had different reasons for choosing retail items to be delivered. The most popular reason among women was "not having to go to stores" with a share of 52 percent, followed by having free shipping (at 49 percent). On the other hand, avoiding crowds was the most popular reason for male shoppers who opted for obtaining retail items via delivery with a share of 56 percent.
