National health insurance satisfaction among health facilities Indonesia 2016-2021
As of 2021, approximately 87 percent of health facilities such as clinics, health centers, hospitals, and private doctors are satisfied with the national health insurance service. The Indonesian National Health Insurance, or JKN, is a program initiated by the Indonesian government to ensure that every Indonesian citizen gets a financial assurance whenever they need health care services.
