As of 2022, approximately 89.6 percent of beneficiaries of the Indonesian national health insurance claimed to be satisfied with the service. The Indonesian National Health Insurance, or JKN, is a program initiated by the Indonesian government to ensure that every Indonesian citizen gets a financial assurance whenever they need health care services.
