In 2019, the import value beverages, spirits, and vinegar from Mauritius amounted to an approximate value of 53.6 million U.S. dollars. This was a slight increase in value in comparison to the preceding year, when roughly 53.3 million U.S. dollars of the products were imported. Furthermore, the United Kingdom (UK) was one of the main trade partners of Mauritius in terms of beverage, spirit and vinegar imports with a share of over 26 percent.
