Employment seniority of millennials and Gen Zs in New Zealand 2022
According to a 2022 survey of millennials and members of Generation Z in New Zealand, 33 percent of Gen Z members reported having junior executive positions at work. In comparison, 20 percent of the older millennial generation respondents reported having junior positions, as a larger percentage of this demographic were employed in midlevel or senior executive positions.
