In 2022, Telcel was licensed the largest portion of the spectrum in the AWS range, having been allocated more than 60 percent of the band. AT&T had the largest proportion of the 2.5 GHz band, holding more than half of it. By the end of the year, a total of 660 megahertz (MHz) were allocated to International Mobile Telecommunications (IMT) in Mexico.
