In 2019, the export of vehicles other than railway from Mauritius amounted to an approximate value of 2.1 million U.S. dollars. This was a decrease in value in comparison to the preceding year, when roughly 2.6 million U.S. dollars of the products were exported. Furthermore, South Africa was the main trade partner of Mauritius in terms of vehicle exports with a share of just over 24.5 percent.
