According to a March 2021 survey of working adults, Zoom is the most popular communication service used in the Asia Pacific markets, with 72 percent of respondents in Indonesia stating they used the platform regularly, compared to only 16 percent of respondents using Microsoft Teams. Microsoft Teams appears to be more popular in the European region, with 49 percent of UK respondents indicating they used the platform regularly. In Europe, Skype popularity still holds among users from Germany, Spain, and Poland among others. As of March 2021, Zoom was the most used service for online communications, followed by Microsoft Teams, and Skype.
